台北國際書展，由文化部主辦，台北書展基金會承辦。在資源與經驗的持續累積與形塑下，台北國際書展不但促進「國際交流」、「出版專業」、「閱讀生活」三大功能的蓬勃發展，展現了台灣出版業的創造力和專業水準，成為一年一度台灣出版界最盛大的文化嘉年華活動，更已躋身亞洲最具特色、也最重要的國際書展之一。The Taipei International Book Fair is hosted by the Ministry of Culture and undertaken by the Taipei Book Fair Foundation.
With the continuous accumulation and shaping of resources and experience, Taipei InternationalThe book fair not only promotes the vigorous development of the three functions of "international exchange", "professional publishing" and "reading life", it also showcases the creativity and professional standards of Taiwans publishing industry.
It has become the largest cultural carnival in Taiwans publishing industry every year.
